We have advised several clients on their obligations when transferring employees to outsourced suppliers and the other way round and held their hand during the consultation meetings. TUPE is a particularly complex element of employment law which we have successfully helped our clients navigate. TUPE transfers are a challenging legal area and specialist advice should be sought at the earliest opportunity to avoid potential costly mistakes.
